Shabby Chic Room
Our Shabby Chic Room can accommodate up to 16 guests and can be reserved privately if seated with a minimum of 10 guests. Parties in these rooms last 90 minutes and are booked at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
We have FOUR POPULAR PARTY MENU OPTIONS. You are welcome to choose anything on our menu for yourself and your guests, however these are our four most popular options. We do not charge a room rental fee, only the cost of the food. See menu for descriptions.

PARTY GUIDELINES
If you would like to request a private room with fewer than the required number of guests, we have several options:
- Option #1: Book the room with the required number of guests and have some great food to take home after your event.
- Option #2: Another option is for us to charge $10.00 per each unoccupied seat that is below the minimum number of required guests to hold that room privately. For example if you have a party of 8 guests and would like to reserve the Periwinkle Room privately, there would be an additional charge of twenty dollars per each 90 minute seating.
- Option #3: Book the room at a less popular time slot (generally the last seating of the day and we will only seat that room when the rest of the house is full.
For parties of ten or more we collect a deposit of 50% of the expected bill on the day of booking. We will apply that deposit to the final bill on the day of the event. A full refund will be made if the event is cancelled ten days prior to the booked event. A store credit will be offered within ten days of an event cancellation. A final number of attendees must be given within 36 hours of the event. The party is committed to the count and also responsible for final payment. Additional food for no-shows will be boxed up and given to the party to take with them.
High Tea or lunch is a 90 minute seating. For parties of 25 or more 2 hours will be allotted; if more time is needed additional charges will apply at the rate of five dollars per chair per half hour and an additional five percent added to the gratuity.
If you would like a gift table, the cost is ten dollars for the Shabby Chic Room. If rooms have been booked privately, no gift table charges apply.
Gratuity is added to all checks on parties of six or more at 18%.
Hosts or hostesses may come fifteen minutes prior to their event to decorate the party room with balloons, flowers or party favors if arrangements have been made in advance.
You may bring your own store bought cake with no additional charges if you supply the paper plates, plastic forks and serving utensils necessary. If you wish for us to serve your cake, we will charge a cutting fee of one dollar per person and in doing so provide the dishes and utensils necessary.
A pre-ordered menu allows you to receive the highest quality service from the staff at The Tea Cup. The hostess is generally responsible for collecting orders or choosing menu options for their guests. Please inform us of any food allergies in your party.
